Henry Elliman is a chef who specializes in open-fire cooking. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris and has been working in food for over 10 years.
Henry worked at HelloFresh as the Associate Director of Product Innovation following his MBA from the Yale School of Management in 2022. Previously, he led emergency response logistics in the field for Doctors Without Borders and World Central Kitchen.
He currently serves as a board member of CitySeed, a nonprofit building a food ecosystems through farmers markets, entrepreneurship, and refugee services.
He is based in New York City.
